Return Policy

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Embroidered items are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Return Process
- Confirm your order number and email.
- Submit a return request with details and supporting images/videos.
- Wait 3-5 business days for approval.
- Receive a shipping label via email, package the item, and send it back.
- Once inspected at the warehouse, a refund or exchange will be processed if conditions are met.
Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, COD service charges are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy

Customers have 1 day to cancel an order after placing it, and they will receive a full refund if they cancel within this 1-day period. The refund will take 1 business day to process and appear in the customer's account.

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled until the customer receives the package and submits a return request. The refund, which will take up to 10 business days to process, will be issued to the customer's account, with the shipping fee being the customer's responsibility.
Note: To cancel an order, customers must submit an application via email.
Free Shipping Label Eligibility
Customers can receive a free shipping label or full refund if they receive a product with quality issues, such as damage, stains, or design errors. If the customer receives the wrong product, such as the wrong style, size, or color, they can also apply for a free shipping label.
Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange if the product size (such as jackets or pants) is not a good fit, or if the product color does not meet the working environment standards. Customers are responsible for the exchange shipping fee and the return label fee.
Exchange Process:

Follow the return process to return the item to the local warehouse.

Contact us and submit the size/style/color the customer wishes to exchange.

Our customer service will generate a draft order for the customer and send it to the customer's email.

The customer completes the payment for shipping and creates a new order.

We arrange the delivery and synchronise this order's logistics information to the customer's email.
The exchange period includes the return time and the time to send out the exchanged item, usually taking 15-20 business days.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
The returned product must be brand new and undamaged, unwashed and unaltered, and labeled in its original saleable condition. Your full refund will be issued after the goods have arrived at Uniforms World and are inspected by the team.
Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the product price less the return label fee.
Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
